Why the shape matters for how you train

Full range curls first. Let the arm straighten at the bottom, get that stretch, then curl all the way up and squeeze. The stretch at the bottom matters, so don't cut your reps short.

Then vary your arm position. Do curls with your elbows a bit behind you (like an incline curl) and curls with elbows out in front. Shifting the shoulder angle changes how each head gets loaded. That covers both lanes of the road.

Not something you train around, and the number carries wide uncertainty.

So I'm giving you a direction, not a guarantee. The big rocks, full range and varied angles, are the parts I'd bet on.
