Plateau
When progress stops moving.
A plateau is when an exercise stops improving: no more reps, no more weight and no cleaner form, three times in a row.
A bad week is not a plateau: missed sessions, poor sleep or high fatigue explain a dip. The first answer is patience and better form; after that, change one thing at a time.
