Rep Range

The window your reps should land in.

A rep range is the target number of reps for a set, written as a band like 8 to 10. Pick a load that lets you finish inside the band with clean form.

In Triple F the range follows the phase: higher in Focus, fewer and heavier in Force, fewest and heaviest in Fire. Hit the top of the range on every working set with clean form and the weight goes up next time.
