Medical Clearance

A doctor's OK before you train.

Medical clearance is a doctor's go-ahead to exercise. You need it after recent surgery, with heart symptoms, chest pain, fainting, unexplained shortness of breath, a suspected fracture or uncontrolled high blood pressure, and in pregnancy until a doctor clears you.

In those cases The Project does not build a workout. See a professional first.
