One-Rep Max

The most you can lift once.

Your one-rep max (1RM) is the heaviest load you can lift for one clean rep.

Triple F does not test it. There are no one-, two- or three-rep max attempts inside a Triple F workout, and no maximal testing at all for beginners. You progress by doing more clean reps at a load, then moving the load up.
